How many items are included in one scoop?

Each scoop includes 12+ surprise items, bonus gifts, and 1 Premium Gacha Surprise.

How many Gacha Surprises will I receive?

Every scoop includes one Premium Gacha Surprise.

- 1 Scoop = 1 Gacha

- 2 Scoops = 2 Gachas

- 3 Scoops = 3 Gachas

Are all boxes the same?

No! Every Meow Mystery Scoop is individually packed. No two boxes are exactly alike.

Each Meow Mystery Scoop contains a variety of fun and useful cat items. Items are randomly selected, so every scoop is unique.

What can be included in the Gacha Surprise?

Each scoop includes 1 Premium Gacha Surprise. Gacha items are randomly selected, so every box is unique.

Possible Gacha items may include: Cat food mat, Three-tier track toy, Cat tunnel, Net tunnel, Puzzle toy, Laser toy, Track ball toy, Slow feeder ball, and Tumbler feather toy.

Do I receive a packing video?

Yes! For a limited time, every order includes a FREE packing video (a $9 value).

If you would like to be tagged on social media, please leave your Instagram or TikTok handle in the order notes at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier.

All orders are shipped from Connecticut, USA.

Can I request specific items?

Because every scoop is a mystery experience, we cannot guarantee specific items. However, you are welcome to leave your cat's preferences, age, gender, or special notes at checkout, and we will do our best to personalize your box.

Is this suitable for kittens and adult cats?

Yes! Our mystery scoops are designed for cats of all ages. Please leave a note at checkout if you have a kitten or special requirements.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the damaged package and items.

We know you're excited to receive a perfectly packed mystery box! Every order is carefully packed, with all items placed inside a box, which is then packed inside a protective mailer bag.

However, shipping carriers may handle packages roughly. Because of this, boxes may occasionally arrive slightly wrinkled, dented, or show minor cosmetic damage. Please note that minor damage to the outer packaging does not qualify for a refund.

If any items inside your box are damaged, please contact us and we'll be happy to review the situation.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because every Meow Mystery Scoop is individually packed and personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, customer happiness is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a solution together.
